Infant and Toddler Daycare
Cedar Crest Early Childhood Center's Infant and Toddler Programs provide a safe and nurturing environment for our youngest students, ages birth to 2.5 years. Our mission is to provide the best possible care for your child by maintaining small class sizes, employing highly qualified caregivers and cultivating supportive relationships with our families.
Early experiences shape the architecture of the brain and set the stage for success and adult productivity. During the first three years of life, the brain undergoes rapid growth and the development of cognitive, linguistic, social, and emotional capacities is influenced significantly by relationships and environment.
Early childhood educated caregivers use music, art, toys and books to engage students in activities to optimize sensory and social development. Gross motor skills are developed through outdoor play on our enclosed playground and in Cedar Crest Academy's full-size gymnasium. As our babies socialize, explore and play, they acquire foundation skills for cognitive learning in preschool and beyond.
